Omni Helicopters International (OHI) is a leading provider of offshore helicopter and vertical air mobility services, with a slogan "Experience Beyond Expectation". Founded in Portugal in the 90’s, OHI has grown to become Latin America’s largest air mobility and delivery solutions provider, catering to diverse customer segments across multiple industries.

OHI operates through various subsidiaries including Omni Taxi Aéreo in Brazil, Omni Helicopters International Guyana, and Omni Helicopters International Mozambique. This enables OHI to effectively serve offshore customers in the rapidly growing offshore energy markets. The company offers a wide array of services including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Firefighting, Search and Rescue, as well as specialized Cargo and Utility operations in remote locations.
