Founded in 2019, NorFalk offers an innovative approach to the production of these ingredients, sourcing them from sustainable sources and employing process technology that minimizes waste and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Their unique technology focuses on recycling chemicals and materials to minimize environmental impact.

The company recently secured a €1.30MConvertible Note investment on 07 March 2024, with BioInnovation Institute as the investor.
