New Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NH MEP)

New Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NH MEP) aims to bolster New Hampshire's manufacturing sector by fostering innovation, sustainability, and growth. This initiative is part of a larger network of MEP centers in all 50 states, connected through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

NH MEP provides small firms in New Hampshire with access to over 1,400 manufacturing technical and business specialists, as well as the latest technology and industry best practices. NH MEP extends its services beyond manufacturing, encompassing healthcare, banking, and education institutions. Additionally, the organization organizes student tours at manufacturing companies and facilitates interactions between manufacturers and students at different educational levels, thereby creating awareness about manufacturing career opportunities and cultivating a new generation of skilled workers. Their efforts culminate during Manufacturing Month, a national event held every October.
