New Century Hotel Group is China's second largest hotel group in terms of room keys it owns and/or manages. Founded in 1988 in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou, China, the company has experienced substantial growth, culminating in its public listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2019 (HKEX: 1158). With over 60,000 guest rooms across approximately 400 hotel properties spanning 18 different brands, the group operates hotels of various scales, from economic to upper-up levels, in multiple provinces and municipal cities throughout China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Qinghai, and others. New Century Hotel Group has established itself as a major player in the global hotel industry, ranking 20th globally.
