NetPaisa is a SaaS Platform with a focus on enabling Digital Inclusion of “Bharat”, serving as an aggregator for various financial services. Its aim is to provide these services to 500Mn people at the bottom half of the pyramid through a network of retailers acquired in bulk via Corporate tie-ups. The marketplace offers a wide range of services including Cash deposit, Cash withdrawal, Recharge, Bill pay, Insurance, loan, Mutual fund, Bus, Flight, and Train ticket booking. Operating in the B2B and B2C space and covering retail networks, mobile-based organizations, and kiosk-based organizations in both rural and urban India, NetPaisa addresses the lack of access to digital services in rural areas by providing assisted self-service and assisted full-service options. In addition to providing services directly to customers, NetPaisa also offers a complete solution to the Bank for Merchant Acquiring, POS Managed Services, ATM Managed Services, Prepaid Cards, Bank Account Opening, and UPI. With a vision to become India’s preferred Digital Bank, NetPaisa was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in India. Although information on the last investment and investors is not available, the impact and potential of NetPaisa in addressing financial inclusion in India is evident.
