The Neota Group is a comprehensive Metal Injection Molding (MIM) solutions provider from early stage prototyping through full scale manufacturing. We are designed from the ground up unlike any other Metal Injection Molding company in the world allowing us to offer customer-focused resources in DFM Engineering, prototyping and low volume manufacturing.  Our goal is to provide initial sintered parts in four weeks!  We also design and manufacture our own custom staging trays in house with proprietary methods that are as fast and cost effective as our tooling.   Our single-cavity prototype tooling and custom staging trays can be cost effectively iterated for design changes, often times eliminating the need for CNC machined or 3D printed parts for initial prototyping.    Once designs are frozen, our single cavity tools can supply initial production volume to bridge the gap between product development activities and having production tooling online allowing you to get to market significantly faster than traditional methods.  If your annual volumes are less than 10-15k, those volumes can often times be supplied by the prototype tooling eliminating the need to invest in costly production tooling.
