NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing, also known as the professional association for and by marketers, was founded in 1966 by marketers from the business world, consulting firms, and marketing science, and is considered the pioneers of marketing thinking in the Netherlands. NIMA supports marketers throughout their careers in their professional and personal development with a large and diverse network where members and non-members learn from, meet, and inspire each other. The organization administers exams and assessments to determine the knowledge and competence levels of marketers and assists companies in improving their marketing strategy and organization.
