As part of the Musqueam Band member owned business, it aims to provide local skilled training and employment opportunities to Musqueam Band Members.

NCS Horizons endeavors to provide operational leadership, care & custody of industrial water usage and related treatment, supporting industrial construction sites, municipalities, and the energy sector. Their services include long line fluid transfer, sewer bypass, dewatering, water treatment, well-point dewatering, hydro-testing, and designed fluid transfer pumping systems.
