National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC)

National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) is a regulatory body established in 1992 with a mission to safeguard the health of the nation. Functioning under the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control Act Cap N1 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (LFN) 2004, NAFDAC has the authority to oversee and manage the manufacturing, importation, exportation, distribution, advertisement, sale and use of various regulated products including Food, Drugs, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Packaged Water, Chemicals and Detergents.

The agency, originally established in October 1992, operates within the Food and Beverage, Transportation industries, aligning with the critical sectors of the economy. As of now, there is no public record of NAFDAC's latest investment or the involved investors.
