In 2004, the company undertook initiatives to prepare for accelerated growth, including the establishment of a second facility in Herndon, Virginia. In 2007, the company was acquired by N.B. Handy Company, a major player in the industry. Additionally, in 2010, Morris Ginsberg & Co relocated its branch facilities to Chantilly, Virginia, strategically positioning itself to better serve customers in the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia areas.
