Moloka`i Community Health Center

Moloka'i Community Health Center is the only federally qualified health center (FQHC) on the island of Molokai, Hawaii. Its mission is to provide comprehensive individual and community health care with respect and aloha. Established in 2002 entirely by community volunteers, the organization aims to operate profitably and expand quality medical, dental, behavioral health care, and social services to the people of Molokai irrespective of their ability to pay. The Hawaii Dental Service Foundation recently invested $149.99K in grant funding on 11 May 2022. Moloka'i Community Health Center's services and commitment to primary care have garnered widespread community support, and it is a freestanding, community health center providing core primary health care services, receiving enhanced reimbursement from MedQuest and Medicare.
