Metanaut

Metanaut is a small (but mighty) team of passionate creators and technologists, focused on developing inventive VR/AR experiences with a positive impact. With a foundation dating back to 2016, the company boasts extensive experience in the field, having commenced operations with the Oculus Rift DK2 in 2015. Notably, Metanaut has achieved success by emerging triumphant in some of the world’s largest VR competitions and securing acceptance into the most extensive AR grant from Magic Leap. Led by a seasoned tech entrepreneur who was among the world's first Android mobile developers, the company retains its independence as a wholly Canadian owned studio, with all shareholders maintaining full-time roles, placing emphasis on creating a positive impact. Operating from the metaverse to Vancouver, Metanaut invites others to join them in their journey.
