Mesa Minerals Partners II LLC (“Mesa II”) is a privately held acquisition company focused on acquiring oil and gas mineral rights. Founded in July 2021 by Darin A. Zanovich, the company secured a $150 million equity commitment from NGP and NGP Royalty Fund. Mesa II's strategy is centered on acquiring large mineral and royalty portfolios with a cash flow exceeding $15 million per year.
