The company was founded by Laura Ferraro Crosti and Renato Crosti, and in 2016, it joined IDB – Italian Design Brands S.p.A. with the aim of enhancing its brand presence in international markets and exploring synergies in areas including digital transformation processes and new distribution channels. Meridiani has a global sales network, with flagship stores in major cities such as Milan, Rome, Paris, Miami, London, Singapore, Munich, Amsterdam, and Moscow. The company has not disclosed its last investment or the investors involved.
