MEPCSA Ltd is a joint venture partnership established in 1992, operating as an Economic Offset Company under the Economic Offset Program (EOP) of Saudi Arabia. The company specializes in military engine depot-level maintenance for Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft. MEPC has established a strong working relationship with RSAF, providing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services for various engine models since 2001. With a focus on expansion and development, MEPC has initiated capabilities for additional engine fleets. The company's new facility near King Khaled International Airport Industrial Area in Riyadh serves as the hub for its MRO services.
