The Mengniu Global Research and Development Innovation Centre (蒙牛全球研发创新中心) is the R&D and Innovation division of the dairy conglomerate which manages research, innovation, product development, intellectual property, patents and research partnerships of Mengniu in China and globally.

The Mengniu Global Research and Innovation Center is one of China's largest Dairy Innovation Center and comprises of over 500 research engineers who specializes in various dairy innovation, including ambient milk, fresh milk, yogurts, cheeses, ice cream, nutrition, probiotics, human milk oligosaccharides, plant based protein solutions and more. The Center further includes Mengniu Patent Development Division which is responsible for the IP strategy and patent intelligence of Mengniu Dairy and files over 300 patents annually across the globe.
