Medco E&P Indonesia

Medco E&P Indonesia is a subsidiary of Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, dedicated to oil and gas operations in Indonesia. With a focus on upstream activities including exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas, the company manages a total of 15 oil and gas assets in Indonesia, with 12 currently in production. In 2023, these assets exceeded production targets, contributing 143 mboepd.

The company is committed to maintaining the highest standards and best practices throughout its operations and has made significant progress on ESG commitments. In 2023, it implemented 41 GHG emission reduction initiatives, resulting in a reduction of 147,963 tCO2e/year. Additionally, 143,883 trees were planted across their sites with a commitment to their maintenance.
