In June 2017, Mazzotti was fully acquired by Deere & Company, a global leader in agricultural and gardening machinery. This acquisition has brought about technological innovation projects, expansion into new international markets, and a focus on improving production processes and quality.

The company, located in the heart of the Italian "motor valley," has seen significant growth in its export volumes over the last decade. Currently, Mazzotti employs nearly 50 people and is planning to create additional positions to strengthen its workforce and expand its after-sales and customer support services, both in Italy and abroad.
