Mather Medical Group is a wholly owned non-profit physician practice of Mather Hospital Northwell Health that offers a full healthcare spectrum of primary care, internal medicine, and specialty care services. Our board certified medical physicians are trained in cardiology, endocrinology, family and internal medicine, neurology, rheumatology, pulmonology, sleep medicine, and vascular surgery. Mather Medical Group provides up-to-date diagnostic and therapeutic services using the most innovative technology available. Our Mather Medical Group Primary Care offices provide comprehensive, compassionate, and continuous care to patients and their family members at four convenient locations in Port Jefferson, Rocky Point, East Setauket, and Stony Brook. Our physicians are skilled in comprehensive first contact and continuing care for patients with any undiagnosed sign, symptom, or health concern not limited by problem origin (biological, behavioral, or social), organ system, or diagnosis.
