We offer private consulting, training, coaching, and keynote speeches in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). Our Founder, Nirupa Netram, is an attorney, certified diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace professional, certified civil mediator, qualified arbitrator, and social entrepreneur. Nirupa has over two decades of experience in the corporate, nonprofit, government, and legal sectors. She was born in Guyana, grew up in Southwest Florida, and uniquely understands DEI within the workplace and community. Nirupa is Co-Chair of the Lee County Bar Association's first-ever Immigration Law Practice Section, which she championed. Additionally, she serves on several local, state, and national diversity committees. Lotus Solutions LLC is a Florida-certified woman-owned and minority-owned business enterprise.
