LifeNet International

LifeNet International is a consolidated network of health facilities transforming healthcare and health outcomes across sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). LifeNet makes quality healthcare accessible to underserved and marginalized communities through existing health facilities located in hard-to-reach areas of Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, and Uganda. As 40% or more of all health services in SSA are faith-based, we primarily target this large and influential market. Our primary goal is to reduce mortality in highly vulnerable areas. We do so by consolidating individual health facilities and smaller health networks into the LifeNet network, a trusted source of quality, compassionate care. This network delivers essential services to the lowest quintile patients, maintaining international standards of care within safe and well-managed facilities thanks to ongoing training, tools, and quality assurance from LifeNet. In 2023, the LifeNet network of 400+ health facilities provided high quality healthcare to more than 8 million patient visits and ensured 167,000+ safe deliveries. The same year, healthcare providers saved the lives of 5,045 mothers and babies at birth.
