Let's Talk Ops (LTO) is a community of first-class operators powering some of the most successful venture capital firms in the world from behind the scenes in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, New York City, and beyond. LTO is built for those in today’s more nascent and non-traditional venture capital roles, such as Director of Operations, Head of Platform, Chief of Staff, Investor Relations, Marketing Director, Community Manager, etc. While our backgrounds and job titles may differ, we are all facing similar challenges inside our individual funds. More often than not, we’re tackling this role alone. As an isolated team of one, most VC fund operators struggle with a lack of access to networks, resources, and support. Let's Talk Ops serves as the connective tissue empowering this network of talented and driven change-makers. Let's Talk Ops (LTO) is a California 501(c)6 non-profit, membership-based professional business association. LTO was founded in 2017 and aims to provide a supportive community and resources for professionals in the venture capital industry.
