Grinding, drilling, boring, counter-boring, counter-sinking, and beveling options round out our custom machining capabilities. In addition, our experience and equipment enable us to meet the demands of high tolerances and pristine finishes. Our Blanchard grinding machines range from 42” to 156”. We also offer precision surface grinding for projects ranging from 24″ x 80″ up to 84” wide by 200” long with tolerances as tight as 0.0005”. Additionally, our crane capacity is 40,000 pounds. Our CNC machines can accommodate a wide array of sizes. Ranging from small, handheld parts all the way up to massive parts weighing 20 tons, our experienced machinists manufacture parts to your specifications. For even more milling and machining capabilities, our facility’s planers range from 106” wide to 312” long. From platens and wear plates, to gear boxes and trunnion supports, we custom make parts from raw material to finished product for many industries.
