Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is a British Columbia-based family-owned and operated leader in the collision repair industry, founded by Ian McIntosh in 1973. With a vision to transform the vehicle repair industry, Kirmac implemented an assembly line mentality to efficiently repair trucks, later expanding its services to cars. Kirmac's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction led to the opening of 17 locations in BC’s Lower Mainland and further expansion into Washington State with 12 locations. In November 2014, Kirmac's US operations were sold to Texas-based Service King Collision Repair Centers, marking a new phase for the company. Kirmac's growth can be attributed to its focus on computerization, disciplined systems and processes, and employing individuals who align with the company's values.
