Kingbird Investment Management is a Hispanic and women-owned, real estate investment manager. We act as a fiduciary to deploy and manage private real estate capital on behalf of other family office, qualified client and institutional investors. Since 2008, Kingbird has invested in 19,942 multi-family units representing ~$3.8B in GAV in 31 markets throughout the U.S. We take a disciplined, research-driven approach to identifying the strongest risk-adjusted investment opportunities and constructing real estate investment portfolios, prioritizing durable income, capital preservation, and downside protection, while also striving to effect positive social change on substantial yet underserved demographics. We invest at all levels of the capital structure (excluding senior debt) to mitigate risk and capture upside potential.
