Kidsave

Kidsave is a nonprofit organization with a powerful mission encapsulated in their slogan, "Kidsave® is about creating change for children the world has forgotten." Founded in 1997, Kidsave aims to address the critical issue of older children in foster care feeling neglected and apprehensive about aging out alone. The organization's innovative programs, both domestically and internationally, strive to give older foster kids a voice and agency in selecting their forever families. With an estimated 8 million children residing in institutional care across the globe, and over 440,000 children in foster care solely in the U.S., the need for initiatives like Kidsave has become more pressing than ever.
