As Kenvox grew in size, it was natural to expand our capabilities into injection plastics, silicone, and metal fabrication. Over 30 years later, Kenvox now has 3 fully owned, state-of-the-art factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan with additional joint-ventures to round out our full range of capabilities. We have the ability to provide prototyping, both low and high volume production including millions of units if desired. Metal fabrication: Kenvox’s capabilities with metal fabrication include die-casting, extrusion, stamping sheet metal, and CNC to virtually be able to make any design or product. Silicone: Kenvox’s silicone capabilities include both compression silicone (High Consistency Rubber/HCR) and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR).
