JTRE London is a prop tech and real estate company founded in 2019 as an integrated investor-developer-contractor, stemming from the reputable property developer JTRE based in Slovakia. In a short time, it has made significant strides in the London real estate market, particularly with its flagship development, Triptych Bankside, where it allocated over £1.5m to the construction of a new campus for Art Academy London. Another noteworthy project is Appleby Blue, a collaboration with United St. Saviour’s Charity, offering 57 new homes and community space. An additional venture is the acquisition of 220 Blackfriars Road in partnership with Southwark Charities, representing a milestone as the tallest and highest value scheme developed in SE1 in recent years.

Despite being established in 2019, JTRE as a whole has a rich history dating back to 1996 with over 300 employeesreal estate projects in nine countries, mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, totaling over 10 million sq ft with a GDV of over €2.3bn.
