It serves as a unified voice for leading social games companies, from established global operators to up-and-coming startups, during a period of significant change in the gaming industry. The association's primary objective is to educate and inform the public, policymakers, and regulators about the industry's operations and the value it generates for players and the digital economy. Founded in 2012, it has developed best practices in consultation with policymakers and regulators across Europe, the US, and Asia. The ISGA was co-founded in September 2013 by members including Zynga, SciPlay, Playtika, Playstudios, Pixel United, GSN Games, Greentube, IGT, and Huuuge Games. This collaborative effort aims to shape the future of social gaming and advocate for the industry's interests on a global scale.
