Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT) is a labor management partnership focused on expanding job opportunities for union ironworkers and their contractors. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in the United States, IMPACT aims to improve the economic competitiveness of the ironworking industry through progressive and innovative labor management cooperative programs. The organization's primary mission is to identify and expand job opportunities, and it does so by engaging in discussions with national labor-management networks through the IMPACT Regional Advisory Boards.
