Institute of Organization Development

Institute of Organization Development (IOD) offers Organizational Development (OD) Certification Programs to provide participants with a formal process and practical tools to advance in the field of OD. The programs aim to equip professionals with the skills to apply OD principles and help leaders implement organizational changes effectively. Upon completion, participants receive a designation as an OD Professional and six months of free membership in www.GIODN.org, a professional networking organization.

The certifications offered by IOD include Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP), Organization Development Process Consultant Certification Program (ODPC), Organization Development Consultant Certification (ODCC), Talent Management Certification Program (TMCP), Leadership Development Certification Program (LDCP), Executive Coaching Certification Program (ECCP), and Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). Additionally, IOD provides a series of Professional Development Workshops for ongoing skill enhancement.
