Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario

Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario is dedicated to protecting the privacy and access to information rights of Ontarians. Established in 1987, the organization operates under three statutes: the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and the Personal Health Information Protection Act.
