ImmoPresenter 3D was a VR & AI startup founded in Munich in 2019, aiming to revolutionize real estate sales in the metaverse. The company sought to fundamentally change the business process in real estate sales globally, offering a location-independent solution and VR technology for efficient marketing of existing and new properties even in the times of global pandemics. The startup had Christian Herrmann as the initial founder with a strong team of co-founders and partners targeting the leading players in the real estate industry in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as potential investors. ImmoPresenter 3D is a unique and pioneering business model innovation that leverages virtual reality, automation, and artificial intelligence to transform and create new economies in real estate sales. The startup aspired to offer a groundbreaking solution for the digitization and automation of real estate sales and related services. Despite initial prospects, a Seed Round investment of €1.5 million from NRW in spring 2020 did not materialize due to the impact of the pandemic. Consequently, ImmoPresenter 3D ceased operations and started the process of liquidation by the end of August 2020.
