We are social activists driven to unlock your power, purpose and possibility, we are for people, place and planet UK leaders in human centred design, co-creating the strategies, mindsets and tools that will enable you to build your future with courage, creativity, and heart. Strategies: We partner with clients to imagine the future, make choices, and drive new value. Mindsets: As enablers, we help individuals, teams, and organisations design the future, cultivate the confidence, and grow their skills and capabilities to step into their future with optimism, bravery, and creativity. Tools: We bring the best methods, techniques models and approaches that create value and accelerate growth We do this through the ICE 7e’s human centred design model, passing on tools and collective experience from 90+ passionate experts. Insight Digging into not only what people do and how they do it, we explore why people do what they do. We know it's the 'why'​ that is the biggest influencer to their decision making and behaviours. Co-Design We work with your target audiences to co-design and build 'people-shaped'​ products, services, experiences and environments. Those who create own those who own use, those who use change...
