Under the leadership of Susanne Gill, the company launched a new SAAS platform in 2014 known as Benefit Reflection, leveraging previous experience to create an improved solution. Recognizing the need to encompass the full scope of its products and services, the company underwent a corporate restructuring in January 2017, rebranding as HR Ease, LLC. This transformation enabled the company to secure private equity funding, facilitating rapid expansion and the addition of highly qualified team members.
