Hérault Logement is a social housing lessor of the Hérault Departmental Council, and it is a Public Office of Housing (OPH) with nearly 15,000 properties spread across 146 municipalities and around 250 employees working daily to ensure a quality service for the benefit of Hérault residents.
The Office's missions are to construct new, quality, affordable housing, rehabilitate and maintain rental assets to preserve living comfort for all tenants, and develop and energize the territory in partnership with local authorities, within the framework of the general interest.
Hérault Logement is the beneficiary of the Habitat Seniors Services Label, which supports the independent living of elderly people and offers solutions to those aged 65 and over. This is achieved through commitments to an appropriate environment, accessibility, generational diversity, service personalization, and staff mobilization and training.
To better meet the expectations of its tenants, Hérault Logement relies on 5 local agencies spread throughout the department, allowing it to be closer to the families it supports and to optimize its responsiveness in handling requests.
