Help One Child is 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting foster, adoptive, and biological families through mobilizing the church and community. Founded in 1993, the organization supplements County social service system education and services, providing the tools needed to support the full breadth of child welfare from prevention through emancipation or post-adoption. Through our holistic offerings serving families throughout the Bay Area, Help One Child deploys hundreds of volunteers into over 16,000 hours of meaningful service each year. Our programs include respite-focused events such as Parent's Night Out, parent support groups, quarterly trainings, donation drives, and CarePortal throughout 7 Bay Area counties.
