Founded in 1996, the company acknowledges the systemic racism entrenched in society that hinders many from leading a healthy life. Addressing various barriers ranging from housing, working conditions, food insecurity, to environmental factors, Health Leads partners with other organizations to foster collective action that aims to remove barriers and empower communities. The ultimate goal is to create a world where r a c i a l h e a l t h e q u i t y is the norm.
