HCHC

Harrisonburg Community Health Center (HCHC) is a non-profit federally qualified health center dedicated to providing patient-centered healthcare that is accessible and affordable for all. Established in 2007 in Harrisonburg, Virginia, HCHC was born out of the need to address the challenges in accessing healthcare identified in the Healthy Community Council Report. Recognized as serving a Medically Underserved Population by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, HCHC has since evolved into a universal access medical facility, catering to the healthcare needs of the community. The center offers a range of comprehensive primary care health services including family medicine, women's health, prenatal care, dental services, behavioral health, laboratory services, and HIV/AIDS care management. With a mission to provide quality healthcare to individuals regardless of their financial situation, HCHC has garnered support from an exceptional team of healthcare providers, a responsive administrative staff, and a dedicated Board of Directors.
