Harvesters—The Community Food Network is a regional food bank founded in 1979, serving a 26-county area of northeastern Kansas and northwestern Missouri. The company's mission is to mobilize the power of the community to create equitable access to nutritious food and address the root causes of hunger. With a vision of a healthy, thriving community where no one is hungry, Harvesters collaborates with more than 760 nonprofit agencies, including food pantries, community kitchens, homeless shelters, children’s homes, and others, to provide food and household products to those in need.
