In 2013, Grove Bay secured a 50-year lease with the City of Miami for a 7-acre property along the water’s edge in scenic Coconut Grove, Florida, where they plan to resurrect three restaurants and a spectacular rooftop event space, all overlooking Miami’s Biscayne Bay. The project is expected to open by Fall of 2016.

With projected revenues of $40M per year by the end of 2016 and over 400 employees, Grove Bay is poised to become a major player in the restaurant marketplace, contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the industry.
