The company is integrated into the prestigious Italian group Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche S.p.A. It is a leading ceramic company globally. The acquisition of the first industrial unit in Portugal in 2002, followed by the purchase of the second unit in 2005, led to the production of ceramic materials for brands like Margres and Love Tiles. In 2023, the company acquired Gresart. These industrial units have a combined installed capacity of 8 million m2/year.
