Greencovery is a sustainability startup based in The Netherlands that aims to upcycle functional ingredients from the food industry's low-value side streams. Founded in 2018, the company's innovative technology allows for the extraction of valuable compounds from industry side streams, creating a bridge between the source of side streams and the market for their application. This approach not only helps in upgrading natural sources of ingredients but also enables the reduction of environmental impact during the production of sustainable products. In support of their mission, Greencovery recently secured a €500.00K Seed Round investment on 20 October 2022, with Brightlands Venture Partners participating as the lead investor.
