Grand JiVante

Grand JiVante is a non-profit organization that has been redefining senior living in Iowa since 1936. Founded by John and Elizabeth Rath, the organization initially started with a facility licensed for 10 beds, which was later expanded to accommodate 70 beds, an 11-bed memory care unit, a skilled rehab unit, assisted living, and independent living apartments. Offering various outreach programs, including outpatient rehab and Philips Lifeline, Grand JiVante has continually adapted and grown while maintaining its mission to serve the elderly. The organization envisions providing individuals with the support to live as independently as possible and remain integrated within their families, friendships, and communities.
