GI. BI. AUTO SPA is the sole dealership for Ford, Renault, Dacia, and MG Motor in Palermo and its province. Founded in 1983 by Dr. Giancarlo Bisconti, the company initially started as a Ford dealership in Termini Imerese. Eventually, Ford entrusted its brand to GI. BI. AUTO SPA for Palermo and its province, establishing it as the reference point for the blue oval brand in the region.

Over the years, the company diversified its offerings with investments in Renault, Dacia, and Peugeot brands. In 2010, GI. BI. AUTO SPA acquired its current headquarters on Via Partanna Mondello 52, spanning over 27,000 sqm, with 10,000 sqm of indoor space housing showrooms, workshops, and body shops for the four brands. In addition to new vehicle sales, it hosts a diverse range of over 300 used cars from various brands.

GI. BI. AUTO SPA also operates another sales point for Ford in Bagheria (PA) at Via Città di Palermo 165. The company's journey with MG Motor as a new addition to its portfolio commenced at the beginning of 2023, emphasizing its proactive approach to embracing new brands.
