Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) is a permanent investment vehicle established by the Government of Ghana with USD 345 million anchor equity. It aims to act as a catalyst to leverage private sector funds into infrastructure assets in Ghana.
The vision of GIIF is to leverage its funds for the delivery of sustainable world-class infrastructure for Ghana, while its mission is to facilitate the development of sustainable commercial infrastructure across multiple sectors and industries to accelerate economic growth.
The Fund, founded in 2014, is designed to mobilize, manage, coordinate and provide financial resources for investment in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure projects in Ghana. It engages in activities approved by the Board to achieve its objectives.
