Gemini Edibles & Fats India Limited (GEF India) is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of edible oils and fats. GEF India operates three fully automated, port-based manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh. GEF India is a subsidiary of Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), one of the world's largest fully integrated palm oil-based agribusinesses, managing operations from seed to shelf. GAR owns and manages nearly 500,000 hectares of palm oil plantations, including smallholder farms, across Indonesia. Its downstream refining and specialty product facilities enable the production of a wide range of products for the global food, oleochemical, and energy markets. GAR is listed on the Singapore Exchange and had a market capitalization of USD 2.3 billion as of December 31, 2018.
