We build bridges between institutional capital and active real estate management. GARBE Institutional Capital is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager and developer for residential and commercial properties. We invest throughout Europe in established and emerging real estate markets with specialised teams for specific asset classes. We offer our institutional partners access to investment opportunities including regulated real estate funds, club deals and separate accounts. Our team consists of local expert teams based in Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Nuremberg, Amsterdam, Prague, Milan, London and Madrid. As of Q4 2023, we manage properties and fund assets valued at EUR 2.6 billion. We are part of GARBE, a German-headquartered entrepreneurial real estate investment management and development business with a combined staff of approx. 600 professionals across 17 offices in 11 countries. The group manages approx. EUR 15 billion of assets.
