Gaia Tech is a Swiss startup that focuses on upcycling residues from the agrifood industry into valuable ingredients for cosmetic, food, and feed manufacturers. Emerging from the research project "Phenoliva", funded by EIT Food and hosted at ETH Zurich, Gaia Tech has developed proprietary extraction technology, recognized for its environmental friendliness and efficiency.
