Foothills Regional Housing

Foothills Regional Housing is a real estate and Prop Tech startup established in 1973 with the mission of creating vibrant, stable communities in Jefferson County. They aim to achieve this by administering a Housing Choice Voucher program serving over 1700 households, owning and managing 21 affordable communities for individuals with incomes between 0 - 90% of the AMI, and developing new housing options as well as redeveloping existing communities. Additionally, they run an Emergency Home Repair program to assist low-income homeowners in affording necessary repairs.
